Booking
Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we have replied with the pickup time, address and price.
Prices
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and are fixed before the ride. The night rate applies 20:30–06:00. Minivans (5–6 passengers) cost €30 more on every route. Return trips cost twice the one-way fare.
Waiting time
For airport pickups we track your flight. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing. Longer waiting may be charged — the driver will tell you before.
Luggage and children
1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on per passenger are included. Tell us in advance about extra or oversized luggage. Child seats are free on request.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
Payment
Payment is made to the driver at the end of the ride by cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut.
Conduct and safety
Seat belts must be worn. Smoking is not allowed in the vehicles. The driver may refuse a ride if the safety of passengers or the vehicle is at risk.
